Luciérnaga Labs is an independent, AI-native software engineering studio based in Colombia. Small teams of experienced engineers design, build and evolve production software, using AI inside the workflow while people stay accountable for every technical decision.
What does Luciérnaga Labs build?
Four services on one engineering foundation: custom software development, mobile app development (iOS, Android and cross-platform), data engineering and enterprise AI. Cloud architecture, DevOps, security, testing and observability are part of all of them.

What does AI-native mean?
AI is built into how we research, write, test, document and review code. It does not replace engineering judgment: engineers make, and answer for, the final decisions.
How do we start a project?
Use the contact form: your name, email, project type and a short description are enough. We reply within one business day to set up a 30-minute call, at no cost and with no commitment. Then we propose scope, a roadmap and a budget.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, so we don’t publish a fixed rate. After the first call we send a proposal with scope and price fixed per stage, so you know what each part costs before we start.
